TATA DOCOMO the GSM brand of Tata Teleservices Limited has launched an exclusive ‘Roam Free’ offer for its postpay customers. Under the offer, customers can enjoy absolutely free incoming calls anywhere across the country on Tata DOCOMO network. By availing the unique offer customers don’t have to worry about incoming roaming charges, while outgoing roaming will be charged at 1paise per second. What more! All this comes at absolutely no extra cost to the customers.
“The launch of Roam Free Plans is yet another step towards our aspiration of becoming the most loved tele services brand by simplifying and enriching people’s lives through refreshingly different and relevant products and services. Customers can now roam the country anywhere on our network, free of the stress of picking up an incoming call as incoming roaming is absolutely free on these plans. Currently this unique offering is available on 3 Roam Free Plans namely; Roam Free 299, Roam Free 499 and Roam Free 799. Under these plans, customer can take 4, 7 and 12 free toppings respectively. For eg, in Roam Free 299 plan, Tata DOCOMO gives the option to customize usage plans by choosing any combination of the 4 basic toppings which are 200 local minutes, 150 STD minutes, 500 local SMSs or 100 MB 2G data. Similarly in Roam free 499 and 799 he can respectively take 7 or 12 free toppings.
Existing customers can avail the offer, by just sending SMS <ACT UROAM> to 121 to start using this benefit on the new Roam Free plans with greater than 299 rental. Tata DOCOMO also has the facility for Free Delivery @ Doorstep concept that enables consumers to get their custom-fit Postpay connection delivered by simply calling it’s Postpay toll free number 1800 266 0000.
